Membership Terms of Agreement

    I am requesting membership into the Desert Mountain Four Wheel Drive Club (DMFWDC). I understand that I will be required to abide by the DMFWDC By-Laws and sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Form, Video Release Form, and provide emergency contact information prior to participating in an event. I also understand I must attend two club meetings and two events prior to being voted into the club by the club members (Does not apply to Associate Membership). Dues will be collected upon membership approval. We are currently looking at options to collect payment for Associate Members who are out of the local area and can not provide payment in person, thank you for your patients in this matter, we are learning as we go.
